Frank Pipgras CCIM Partner
Frank Pipgras has over thirty years in the industry with extensive experience in both commercial brokerage and development/investment in residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Pipgras has completed over $900,000,000 in investment sales and leasing transactions, including completing a 380,000 square foot office tenant representation assignment for Health Net in 2002. In 1997, he was recognized by his peers and the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate as Office Broker of the Year. Mr. Pipgras’ development experience began with acquiring and redeveloping structurally sound but facially rundown apartments in San Francisco and later in Arlington, Texas. In 1989, he acquired and redeveloped a 100,000 square foot retail center in Yakima, Washington, which was renovated and eventually sold for substantial profit. Since 1999, Mr. Pipgras has been involved in developing senior housing with an initial focus on a site owned in the City of Sonoma. From 2003 to the present, he has been a principal with Lewis-Pipgras involved in full time real estate development. Mr. Pipgras has many years of service in the non-profit environmental community. From 1992-1995, he served as a Board Member of the Sacramento Tree Foundation. He was a Founding Board Member of the Upper Sacramento River Exchange in Dunsmuir, California and served from 1995-1999. Mr. Pipgras recently completed an eight years of board service with California Trout, Inc (CalTrout) from 1999-2007.
