Sue Corpening
Sue Corpening has been a project manager with Lewis-Pipgras since its inception in 2003 and has worked with Frank Pipgras since February 2000. She has been in the commercial real estate industry for ten years and has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar projects. In 2002, she worked with Frank Pipgras on a 380,000 square foot, $65 million office tenant representation assignment for Health Net. Among various responsibilities including project coordination, Ms. Corpening completed both the qualitative and quantitative analyses necessary for Health Net’s final site selection. Ms. Corpening served as project manager for the pre-construction phase of Avalon at Sonoma, a 93-unit assisted living facility in the City of Sonoma, which opened in August 2005. She served as project manager on a $5.1 million land sale in Redding to State Compensation Insurance Fund in 2006. She is currently project manager on a 10-acre retail development site in Redding owned by Lewis-Pipgras and its equity partner, Granite Land Company. Ms. Corpening holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs, having graduated cum laude from California State University, Sacramento and is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. |
