Thomas A. Lewis
Thomas A. Lewis has thirty years of experience in the real estate business, having planned, developed and marketed master-planned communities, garden and mid-rise office buildings, and rental apartments in California, Texas, Florida, Washington state, and the Midwestern region of the United States. Prior to co-founding Lewis-Pipgras, Mr. Lewis served as a Vice President, Development for Granite Land Company, a subsidiary of Granite Construction Incorporated, one of the largest civil construction firms in the United States. Mr. Lewis established a very successful real estate development and equity investment operation for Granite Land Company. Mr. Lewis has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Live Oak Enterprises, Inc., a privately held developer of master- planned communities in the Sacramento, California region, Senior Vice President of SARES-REGIS Group of Northern California (formerly The Sammis Company), and as the Midwest Regional Partner with Embrey Investments, Inc. He has been involved in the entitlement and development of over 5,000 acres of land such as the Whitney Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks master planned communities in the Sacramento, California area, and Camino Real in San Antonio, Texas. Additionally, Mr. Lewis has developed over 2,000 units of apartments and 850,000 square feet of office buildings in Texas, Florida and the Midwest. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
